      I think caffeine just gives you a bit of a kick start, so helps to stop you getting fogged up and feeling low. Like most things, too much can have the opposite effect.

  2. This is a lot of information, it’s got me thinking of the things I eat and if I’m getting any of these supplements naturally. Seems like I need to add more fish and grapes to my diet if I’m hoping to keep my mind sharp as I’m aging.

    I’m wondering if you have any other suggestions on which foods to eat in order to get these supplements implemented into your diet? Such as Acetyl-L-Carnitine or can you get those from grocery stores or pharmacies as multivitamins?

      There aer so may supplements available – most will be found with a simple google search, but the trick is which ones to use, and how much.
